Mr. Hill is the President, Co-Owner, and a Principal Engineer at GSE Engineering. Ken has over 35 years of experience in geotechnical engineering and earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla in 1983.

Mr. Hill is involved in contract, public management, technical design, and analyses for a wide variety of geotechnical studies. His clients are both public and private and include the Florida Department of Transportation and the University of Florida.
