GSE prepared a Solid Waste Management plan outlining the procedure to be implemented for handling, staging, characterizing, and disposing of waste.  The solid waste was stockpiled and tested to establish if it was a characteristic hazardous waste. Both geotechnical and environmental conditions were addressed by GSE.
