Florida Football Training Center

The James W. 'Bill' Heavener Football Training Center is a 142,000-square-foot facility located at 2150 Stadium Road on the University of Florida campus. The complex was built between 2020 and 2022 under an $85 million budget. 

GSE Engineering & Consulting, Inc. provided Geotechnical services, Threshold Inspection services, and Construction Materials Testing services for the project.

Broward Dining at the University of Florida

The Broward Dining Hall renovation project expanded the eatery located at 60 Inner Road on the University of Florida campus between the months of January and August in 2024. The project cost $25 million and expanded the 20,000-square-foot building to 39,000 square feet.

GSE Engineering & Consulting, Inc. provided Geotechnical services, Threshold Inspection services, and Construction Materials Testing services for the project.

University of Florida Honors Village

The New Undergraduate Residential Complex for the University of Florida Honors College was built between 2021 and 2023 and is located at 1520 Museum Road on the University of Florida campus. The complex boasts over 415,000 square feet and houses 1,400 students. The project budget was originally $187 million, but costs ultimately totaled close to $220 million. 

GSE Engineering & Consulting, Inc. provided Geotechnical services, Threshold Inspection services, and Construction Materials Testing services for the project. 

Katie Seashole Pressly Stadium

The Katie Seashole Pressly Stadium renovation project was completed between 2018 and 2019; the project added a 360-degree concourse along with more seating and several other amenities to the complex. The 26,474-square-foot softball stadium is located at 2880 Hull Road on the University of Florida campus. The renovation budget was originally $11 million, but project costs ultimately totaled around $15 million.

Condron Family Ballpark

The Condron Family Ballpark is a 135,000-square-foot facility located at 2800 Citrus Road on the University of Florida campus and cost $65 million to build. The project began in 2019, and the stadium was opened to the public in 2021. 

GSE Engineering & Consulting, Inc. provided Geotechnical services, Threshold Inspection services, and Construction Materials Testing services for the project. 

University of Florida Student Health Care Center

The Student Health Care Center is a 46,400-square-foot facility located at 2140 Stadium Road on the University of Florida campus. The building was completed between 2021 and 2023 under a $26 million budget.

Malachowsky Hall for Data Science & Information Technology

Malachowsky Hall for Data Science & Information Technology is a 263,000-square-foot academic building located at 1889 Museum Road on the University of Florida campus. It was built between 2020 and 2023 under a $150 million budget. 

GSE Engineering & Consulting, Inc. provided Structural Design services for the project, including Wind Load and Components & Cladding Calculations with fastening recommendations.

Herbert Wertheim Laboratory for Engineering Excellence

The Herbert Wertheim Laboratory for Engineering Excellence is an 84,000-square-foot academic building located at 527 Gale Lemerand Drive on the University of Florida campus. Building construction was funded by a $300 million public-private partnership and was completed in 2021 following a delay caused by the pandemic. 

GSE Engineering & Consulting, Inc. provided Geotechnical Pile Inspection & Design services, Threshold Inspection services, and Monitoring of Existing Structural services for the project.
